Reservations:
- Must be made directly with the hotel by telephone or email: info@chezmaggie.com
- If the reservation is made by telephone it must also be confirmed by follow up email.
NOTE: With only 12 rooms the Chez Maggie Hotel cannot accept reservations for more than 5 accommodations for one date without a deposit. For reservations for more than 5 rooms a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to confirm the booking.
Confirmation of reservations:
All reservations must be confirmed or canceled as per the schedule below:
- January 10 to March 31: 7 days before the arrival of guests
- April 01 to June 15 : 30 days before the arrival of guests
- June 16 to January 09 : 45 days before the arrival of guests
- Past these dates, all non-confirmed reservations will be automatically canceled or placed on the waiting list.
- After receipt of pro forma bill, a deposit of 50% (per accommodation) is required to confirm all bookings.
- All deposits are non-refundable.
Payment:
- The final bill will be established and sent after the departure of the guests.
- The balance must be received within 30 days of receipt of the final bill.
- Le Masoandro / Chez Maggie Hotel reserves the right to add a penalty of 10% of the total amount if not received within 30 days. An additional penalty for further delays of 15 days may also be added.
Method of Payment: Deposits and final payments may be made via:
- Check / Money Order: Payable to Le Masoandro / Chez Maggie
- Bank Wire Transfer: Please inquire for our account details.
